Last night
At the YMCA last night, they had a crossfit class. I got my first taste of this new workout style by running a 85 pound punching bag up and down four flights of stairs and then a 30 minute kettleball and ropes workout. I liked it, I’m sore as hell right now, but I’m going to go back for more.
